At RBA, every garment is made specifically for you. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.
Reporting an Issue
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we ask that you let us know promptly. For local deliveries, please notify us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. For international deliveries, within 96 hours.
What We Accept
We accept returns and exchanges only for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Custom-sized, altered, and bespoke pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please confirm all measurements and details carefully before placing your order.
How to Return
Write to us at info@robesandblings.com with photographs and a brief description of the issue. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will send you clear instructions on how to return the item. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unwashed, free of stains or odours, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Please use a trackable courier service. RBA is not responsible for packages that are lost or untracked.
Inspection and Exchange
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it carefully. If approved, we will process the exchange and notify you by email when the replacement has shipped.
A Note on Colour and Sizing
We do not offer colour exchanges. Please review your colour selection carefully before confirming your order. If a sizing issue arises due to an error on the customer's side, we can make alterations for a fee. The customer is responsible for all additional production and delivery costs.
